Our Care Team Members have experience in working with a variety of individuals who require care. Individuals who have- Mental health, Learning disabilities, Demetia, Young adults, Challenging behaviour and Vulnerable People. This may take place in different settings- Residential Care Homes, Supported Living or Domiciliary Care. All of our Staff Team Members have current DBS status which is updated annually.

Home and Care Managers

Adhering to the CQC regulations to maintain the care and wellbeing of Residents and Service Users and interfacing and responding to CQC requirements. Our Care Managers are experienced in supporting and supervising Staff team members to effectively deliver person centred care to the Residents and proficient in budget management. Updating Care and Support Plans, reviewing Risk Assessments and they possess up to date safeguarding training. In response to recent requirements and safety measures, our Managers will also possess Covid-19 Vaccinations and maintain high quality Health & Safety processes both for Residents and Staff Team members.

Deputy Managers

Our Deputies support the Care Managers' directives and where required, are able to lead the Care Home. The Deputies are experienced in Rota management, Administration of medication (following localised training), Care plan and risk assessment updates, developing engaging activities for Service Users and maintaining required records. Supporting the Manager to adhere to CQC requirements. In response to recent requirements and safety measures, our Managers will also possess Covid-19 Vaccinations and maintain high quality Health & Safety processes both for Residents and Staff Team members.


Senior Support Worker.

Our Snr Support workers are L3 Health and Social Care qualified professionals. Their skill base is broad and involves a variety of tasks required to support the health and wellbeing of Individuals requiring care. These include, personal care, administration of medication (Following localised training), adhering to individualised Care and Support plans, record keeping, supporting nutrition and the participation in engaging in activities. In response to recent requirements and safety measures, our Managers will also possess Covid-19 Vaccinations and maintain high quality Health & Safety processes both for Residents and Staff Team members.

Support & Care workers.

Our Support and Care Team are skilled and experienced professionals who are capable of working on a variety of shifts for 24 hours rotas to support the health and wellbeing. This includes day and evening shifts, wake nights, sleep ins, weekend and Bank Holiday shifts. The Care Team members possess a variety of skills that are carried out in with high quality care, ensuring All individuals are treated with a Person-Centred approach to care. Adhering to CQC Regulations, Record keeping, reporting incidents, Health and safety procedures and Safeguarding procedures are paramount to the service delivery of high-quality Care. In response to recent requirements and safety measures, our Managers will also possess Covid-19 Vaccinations and maintain high quality Health & Safety processes both for Residents and Staff Team members.
