Have responsibility for the cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public areas, back areas, and surroundings in a hotel and for the immaculate care and upkeep of all guest rooms and public spaces at all times.
Supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards. Manage room reservations ensuring that the bookings team are processing all enquiries accurately
Ensure the household/estate and grounds are run smoothly and efficiently at all times. Supervise and manage other staff members.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building, looking out for rule violations and possible threats
Greets customers and offers restaurant or cafe menus, answers questions about menu offerings, processes food and drink orders, carries food and drinks from kitchen to tables, and prepares bills and process payments.
Specialise in serving food, using a fork and spoon, from platters directly to the guests' plates at the table
